Implementing a single Belgian interoperability framework concerns several political levels. A cooperation agreement has been negotiated between the Federal State, the Communities and the Regions on e-government (working group ICEG) that takes care, among other things, of implementing the Belgian interoperability framework (BELGIF).

The working Group defining the Belgian interoperability plan brings together representatives of:

• The Federal State, represented by Fedict
• The Brussels-Capital Region
• The Walloon region
• The Flemish community
• The French commuynity
• The German speaking community

The working group is open to all external contributions. They can be sent:
